[Resolved] Yepme — Haven't received my order yet | |||||
I have placed my order on 24th June, order id is 33773442 and it was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 days. I haven't received it till now...And now it's showing that order has been cancelled on by own... I haven't cancelled the order. I have called on customer care several times but every time I can hear music at background. No one is responding to the call. Customer cares are made to resolve the problems of the customer but yepme's service are not good. Kindly make arrangements for quick delivery of the order id 33773442. i have ordered shoes on 15 june 2017 on yepme.com and paid online with my paytm wallet.
but have to cancel my order the same day...
MY order id is 33756913...i got a message that my refund will be given soon...but the refund is still not initiated.its been 12 days now
please look into this matter and initiate my refund..
