As per my telephonic discussion on[protected], i am waiting for the resolution. I had placed two orders for which 490 yepme points must be given to me but on 4th may, i got an sms from your side that i have got 237 yepme points only. Why? Kindly check . Details are: 1). Order id 30963859 Placed on 2 may 2016 at 1:58:00 am Under scheme 50% cashback Amount paid rs 555 Rewars points to be given 278 2). Order id 30979210 Placed on 3 may 2016 at 9:13:00 pm Under scheme 25% discount & 25% cashback Amount paid rs 847 Rewars points to be given 212 I have tried o contact customer care many times but they always replies me that matter is in process .Snapshot of reward points history is also attached .Kindly check & provide me total 490 yepme reward points for my next purchase.
