I placed an order with Yepme on 14th December and I waited and called them more than 4 time and also registered complaint on their website still din't get the product. As informed by them, I went for a refund on 4th Jan and they assured that they would refund it back to my account in or before 13th January 2014. Escalated this issue to higher department they have with no result. I contacted them today as well and they say the same sentence "We understand your concern, you would get your refund in next 4 working days".
I would like to say that if a company is unable to follow its own policy they have, their license should be cancelled or they should pay compensation to its customer in 7 days of its promised date. Because such companies are not wasting our time and money, but also breaking the trust in Online shopping market.
