[Resolved] Yepme — non replacement of item | |||||
I placed a order for cheppals (Order no.[protected] at growthway trading pvt. Ltd., through yepme and received the same with different size. After that as per their replacement procedure i made the replacement procedure and got the complaint id: 3006684 and sent the item to the growthway trading pvt. Ltd., near tata telecom bus service station, new delhi-110037 jun 20th. And get a reply that the request has been under process and it will done soon. Repeated remainder through email they have not responded. I tried many time to contact over phone[protected] they have not answered. But till date i have not either received the item or refund from the yepme or growthway trading pvt. Ltd. Kindly do help me in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
