[Resolved]  Yepme — Purchased items still not delivered

Hi All, I have placed an order(Order6198139) number in yepme.com as on 1st April-2014and received the below confirmation from them however the goods are still not delivered to me and when I raised the complaint they are now they are asking me to cancel the previous order and issue new order with new prices. This is totally making a fool of the customer either they should not confirm that the order has been placed or when they have confirmed they cannot break the agreement to deliver goods within stipulated time.
