[Resolved] Yepme — refund is not getting & order status is rejected

My order id is 33833004
I ordered on august 18 but still got any response... If i call it will be waiting for 1 hour... But no one receives call
Now status is order is rejected but i dint got refund.
I paid 658 rs.
In fb they are responding every time wait for 15 days more every time... I think its auto generated message may be..

Make some help for getting other items or refund me.

Jeans is not of my size it is too loose too long in length . It can not get aulter in any way. It is not in use . It will get waste . I have short height so loose pattern will not look good on me . I have purchased it from coupen promo code gifted me from HDFC bank on my credit card. Kindly change my product .
