[Resolved] Yepme — Replacement of Shoes | |||
Dear Sir, I ordered ( Order No. 6965111) a pair of brown casual shoes from Yepme on 17th of May which i received on 21st of May, 2014. I wore those shoes for 6 days and it broke off ( sole was detached). I wrote a complaint ( complaint Number 755698) on yepme website on 14th June, 2014. On 19th june i received a mail from their side that the issue has been resolved. I immediately called up their customer care number and asked them how have they resolved the issue, executive replied that Shoe cannot be replaced or money refunded so the issue is resolved. It was funny but sad. Now i dont know what to do with the broken shoe as the Yepme as supplied me with the sub standard product and they are not ready to replace or refund. I REQUEST YEPME TO STOP THIS HARASSMENT AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Regards Babar Khan Was this information helpful? | |||
