[Resolved]  Yepme — Shipment not delivered in promised time

Order number - 4286941. Placed on 28 nov 2013 and shipped on 29 nov 2013 through ewings courier AWB No. [protected]. It should be delivered by 5th dec 2013 as per their promised time.But it is still not delivered. Called ewings courier, they dont have exact details, . Called yepme again to talk to some senior/or delivery team, their executive declined for this. Requested call back but haven't got callback from 2 days. Now my issue is - they promise to deliver within 4-6 days(which is already too much time taking other ecommerce companies in consideration, most deliver in 2-3 days)..and they even ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER IN 6 DAYS. Their customer support is very poor. I want a callback from them on [protected]/[protected] with 1 day else necessary legal action will be taken. what's the use of making deadlines i[censored] can't bind to them ?
