I order a shoe on yepme and paid the amount via net banking on[protected] the amount is Debited from my account but order not placed and i got message saying
Dear Customer, Your online payment for order 32955321 could not be completed. I waited for the to be credited in my account but that isn't happend the i called yepme costumer care but they did'nt respond the call
Pleas find me a solution

I have been trying to call the CustomerCare. Had to listen to music more than 15 minutes so many times without any result. Tried emailing customer care also, it just bounces back. My genuine request to all is please do not buy any yepme products. Do we really have to contribute for such money making techniques?

Order no 32741000

Unfortunately I paid for this product. It was rejected after 15 days saying product is not available. Please refund my money.
I have placed my order on Nov 08, 2016. My ORDER ID: 32785436. It was rejected from the yepme stating that the product is unavailable. Hence they agreed to refund the amount in next 15 days. But haven't received the money yet.

I'm constantly trying to reach them out. But they are not responding.
