Yepme — unethical behavior | |||
On october 29, 2017, i tried placing an order for blue bellies on yepme. First, i tried paying with the mobile app, the payments were not successful but the loyalty points were eaten up (Image attached). Then, i tried paying through paytm. The payment was done from it and i got the confirmation from paytm regarding this (Image attached). But, at yepme, the order was not confirmed. But, all the loyalty points were gone, although i am least bothered about it. Now, there is no information from the company about the money they took from my paytm account. As you may see in the images, the loyalty points sections show order numbers: 33936661, 33936662, 33936670, 33936687. But, the order details have been removed from "my orders" page. I sent an e-mail to the customer care, no reply. I approached them through twitter and facebook. They didn't attend. The least i want is my money back or the equivalent product.
