Yepme — why there is no reverse pick up option in yepme

I ordered a t shirt in yepme but it has been placed 2times accidentally... And i placed a cancel and refund request on yepme.com... Bt it was delivered to my house when iam not there... And my family members took the parcel... So i asked the delivery courier service... They told me... That i[censored] send a mail of revers pick up to my orders then only they will come for return pick up... So plz kindly send a msg of revers pick up of order no. 13984657 To the courier service provider... Pleassssssss
