Yepme.com — Courier charges not refunded

I had replaced and order due to size issue. For that i had to courier them back my order on my own and as per company policies they would refund me the courier charges. It has been 1 month they had not refund the amount, also they have taken my bank details asking so that they could refund the amount. I had contacted the customer care many a times and mailed them too but there has been no positive response from their side. I need my money back. I am fearing whether it is a Fraud Company, as it has taken my bank details for refund purpose and has not made the refund yet.Order no's are :4475825 and 4467421. (Returned) Order no : 4476532.
