I have done a replacement on 5june2014, lately I got replacement order, but till now I didn't got my Rs 150 coupon .It's been more than a month.I have called customer care some 10 times every time they will ask some 5 days and escalate my complain but no output. I have called customer care for more than Rs 250.Simply wasting money calling them every time there team lead will be busy.Iam going to take this matter to consumer court and will get coupon from there.now no point of calling them and wasting money because their answer will be same always.
