[Resolved] Yepme.com — Didnt got refund | |||
Yepme complaint # 619005 Hello Team, This regarding the invoice number # 4681408 which i placed ordered on 20th March 2014.Where i selected shoe size as "9" and track size as "M".After receiving the package i came to know that shoe is big and track suite is small for me. So i have placed a request for exchange, for shoe size as "8" and Track as "L".I return the package on 2nd April 2014 via "over Nite Express". You can track this on " www.overnitenet.com ", Tracking # [protected].But i got a message saying that you didn't receive the package but it was delivered to you.Kindly verify and provide me the exchange.I sent these details to your customer care team and got response saying that few details required.Even i got call from yepme customer care team requesting courrier bill proof, i submitted that as well but didnt got any refund Was this information helpful? | |||
