Yepme.com — Failed transaction | Deducted amount not refunded

Hi, This is regarding pending refund of a failed transaction. Yesterday(16/06/2015) while I was trying to order some products on yepme.com, the transaction failed/timed out after the the amount deducted from the online account. Still I didn't see that to be credited back to my account. Thus writing to you. Cheque/Ref. No. as per bank records:[protected] Kindly check the same and initiate the refund ASAP. Thank you.
