Yepme.com — HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REFUND | |||
I have placed a product from yepme and the same was delivered on time. Since he quality of product was very bad, a request for refund was submitted and the product was returned through courier. I got message saying the returned product was received and the refund will be initiated within 2 days. I have been waiting for last one month for the refund. On trying to call their customer care service no one answers from the refund/complaint department. Only the 'new order' section will work for them. They are looting people by delivering damaged products and thus forcing people to request for refund and they never do the refund. PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM IF WE HAVE A GOVERNMENT AND LAW FOR COMMON PEOPLE HERE. Was this information helpful? | |||
