Yepme.com — No refund! Horrible Customer Service- Complaint ID- 509844

I have been waiting for a refund for a very long time & yet there is no revert from the customer care team. The team supervisor "Kumar Devashish has done nothing as yet to resolve this matter". I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE FLOOR SUPERVISOR kUMAR DEBASHISH ON 8TH JAN AND HE HAD COMMITTED THE REFUND WILL BE DONE BY WEDNESDAY 15TH JAN 2014!!! IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE YET!!! COMPLAINT ID "509844" I will be forced to go to the consumer court for the non resolution of this matter. I have made several calls to the Customer care department but nobody seems to know what the refunds department is up to. It is rather shocking that such a small matter has not been resolved yet. I have also sent you tweets to Mr. Sandeep Sharma COO on this matter and will continue to do so till I do get a revert from Yepme.com. All I want is my refund. Somebody I am very sure is not doing their job in the system & perhaps it would be a matter of concern as online shopping has become a competitive field. Perhaps the team should be evaluated since a matter is now being reported to you- the highest authority in the organisation. I have been facing this horrible experience with Yepme.com. I have not yet got my refund. I have found a few details about who to connect with in the company. This may help.
