Yepme.com — Not Received Exchange product or money not refunded to my account

I am a regular buyer from yep me. First time I am facing the issue here. I have requested for exchanged product. Please let me know my order details. I did not get exchanged product or money did not refund to my account. It has been already more than 4 weeks over.. Order details shows "Partially Returned" in Yep me website and also I got the status from courier guys that product is delivered. The yep me custom care number is not working for 24/7.. Please let me know the status asap. My Order details: Order Details: ORDER ID: 13239992 and Complaint ID: 13117306.

The status shows resolved.. How come it is resolved? I have not got the exchanged product and did not get the delivery charges still.. No time for you guys to call me again.. What kind of service you are providing.. ?

on 19/2/2014 i ordered 8 pair saks and received order no.5541907 on21/2/2014. But till date not received the saks.

prodect not received

I placed a order on 29th auguest :order i d is 10300037. got a mail on that day saying that proximate delivery date is 5th sep. but still i haven't got the product. i have already paid through my card.
