I am a regular buyer from yep me. First time I am facing the issue here. I have requested for exchanged product. Please let me know my order details. I did not get exchanged product or money did not refund to my account. It has been already more than 4 weeks over.. Order details shows "Partially Returned" in Yep me website and also I got the status from courier guys that product is delivered. The yep me custom care number is not working for 24/7.. The status shows resolved.. How come it is resolved? I have not got the exchanged product and did not get the delivery charges still.. No time for you guys to call me again.. What kind of service you are providing.. ?
