Yepme.com — Not recieving refund or alternate product | |||
I ordered kurta and Tshirt, I received the product however kurta was faulted and I was asked to return the product to get it replaced. Yepme person came and picked up the product he said he has to pickup both kurta and Tshirt as it came in same package. I returned the product and received the Kurta back however there are no signs of Tshirt yet. Its been more than 2 months I have been calling yepme first it takes hours to reach them, then sometimes call gets disconnected, or they say they will take care, they have escalated i will receive the money but nothing happens, i am getting fed up of this. kamal [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I have called so many times to yepme, being on hold for so long and also reciting the whole issue again and again. I gave the details again and again, i dont know why you guys have all info.
