[Resolved] Yepme.com — Order is not delivered till now. | |||||
Order id[protected] has 7 products in it. Order was supposed to deliver on 19th May but it is yet to be dispatched. We are following up with customer care from 18th May but from last 3 days they are giving the same answer we will dispatch in 24 hours. They dont understand customer's urgency. We have ordered winter wear because we r going to hill station this weekned and it was showing delivered date as 19th May and now tomorrow we are leaving and we have no winter wears. Moreover when we have asked to change delivery address as order is yet to be dispatch and we wont be in office on weekend, yepme doesnt provide that option also. What kind of worst services they are providing to customer. They should stop their online shoping if they cant reach to thier expectation. These type of online portal should be ban.
