Order no. 7513677 I placed an order on 15th June and the delivery date was June 21st . Today its 9th July and I still haven't received the products I had ordered. Called customer care 4 times. Every time they said "aap nishchint rahe..3 din mein aapko aapka order delivery mil jayega" and "apka complaint humne escalate kiya hai" . Worst service till now. Haven't ever faced such problems while shopping on other websites. Also tried submitting 2 complaints on the yepme website. Everytime the same response "your order will be delivered in 2-3 days". I'm tired of waiting now.
