Yepme.com — Refund Amount not received in Bank | |||
I ordered capris from yepme. However they were loose in size, so i returned them.received msg from yepme that your refund has been processed. However till now i have not received my refund amount of 1100 in my bank. I received this msg. Dear Customer, Your refund for Order No. 13224759 has been processed by Yepme via Payu for Rs1110. This is in regards to your refund for order id[protected].
We would like to inform you that your refund was processed from our end on 2nd June through PAYU with reference id -5560118c649b8, and we hope that you would have received the same till now.
In case still you have no received the same, then kindly contact with your bank or else share the bank statement of 2months i.e From 1st June to 31st of July in PDF format so that we can escalate the same to our respective department.
In case of any further need, kindly contact us at-[protected].
