[Resolved] Yepme.com — Refund and Reverse pickup issue for order 10731929 | |||
Order Number : 10731929 Complaint Number : 1121922 I have requested reverse pickup for this. Why should I waste my time for doing packing and then go to courier facility and courier. This totally their mistake. They sent me product in bad condition. There are black spots on the belly and some of stones are missing. Why don't they perform quality check of the product before dispatch? This is also not in any box packing. Arrange Reverse pickup for this. This is their responsibility to send product in good condition. I have also emailed products images to [protected]@yepme.com. See what will they do with this complaint... They are irresponsible. I got call for reserve pickup few days ago but on one come to collect the item.
