[Resolved]  Yepme.com — Refund not received and no proper response

I placed an order on 30.06.2014. I paid Rs.1096 and ordered 9 products. I didnt receive the order and when I called the customer care they said one of the sandals I ordered is not available and hence they rejected that order and splitted the order. Already it was more than a week I told them to cancel my order and refund the money. After 2 weeks when I called them they said the money is reverted back to the same account and when I checked the money was not refunded. I called them daily and till now they didnt respond me properly. They told me to send my account statement and that was sent almost 6 times to [protected]@yepme.com. No proper reply from them so long. My order Number is 7777685.
