I have placed an order of Rs623 on 16May, Order ID 31083513. I have cancelled the order after few hrs realising that I have placed an incorrect order.
After cancelling the order, I was expecting the refund amount to be credited to my account in 3-4 days (which is the usual time taken by the other online shopping websites) . But I didn't get the amount so I have called the customer care no, the representative told me that the refund process will take 15-20 days. I was surprised on her answer . This is too long time for processing the refund (I have cancelled the order before shipment). I waited for 20 days, but you guys didn't process my refund . Again I have called up CC and I was told that the matter has been escalated and I will get my money in 2 days . But it seems that making such excuses have become your habit. This time when I called up CC, she told me that there is some issue with the payment gateway. Now I will say that with this way of working, you guys will have to exit from the market very soon . Harassing the customers in this way, making false excuses(payment gateway can have some issue for 1 day not for 20 days). Which vendor in this market takes 1 month to refund the amount.
