Yepme.com — Replacement hassle | |||
I request you to hurry up. This was the first time I was using YEPME and the entire process has been a hassle for me . I never received any confirmation or a mail from your end when you received the product at your warehouse for replacement. This is ridiculous. It takes hours to get through to a customer care representative. I doubt I would want to shop at yepme again. Ritika Was this information helpful? | |||

I am so frustrated with YEPME that i have decided to go out of my way and tell the world to not use their services .
they claim to deliver the replacement within two days after inspection of the returned product but for me it has taken almost a month.
They are the definition of INEFFICIENCY . They have left absolutely NO STONE unturned to make the entire process of replacement tedious, frustrating and painful to the core ! Their warehouse does not update any info . The YEPME team does not keep us informed. It becomes OUR duty to continuously pursue them and then what you get to learn is that your product is missing. they put the blame on the courier company whereas the courier company has it listed on their website saying 'the product has been delivered'. When the customer is paying money why does it become the customer's duty to take the pain of everything ? It was my fault to place an order on YEPME. Never repeating this mistake again.
