Yepme.com — replacement issue

My order number 12516682 has been delivered in which I got wrong shoe... I replaced the shoe it has been delivered to company but till now I didn't received my product. And also did not getting any information. evry time I call customer care register my complaint but not getting any response. Pathetic service..
