Order No. 7727307 I have placed an order for 5 item vide order no 7727307 on 28 June 2014 and paid for it through net banking. Since I didn't received any confirmation from Yepme, hence I was forced to call the customer care myself and confirmed the order. After 3 -4 days, I again called up the Yepme customer care to know the status, their CC representative again confirmed that all the 5 items will be shipped soon, but didn't provided any dispatch date. Today on July 05, I called up again to confirm the order and they said that 2 items has been cancelled as they are now out of stock and rest 2 will be shipped out soon. When I opposed it, they said that it happened due to technical reasons. When I confronted and said that items are not in stock, they agreed to it. When no other option left, I was forced to cancel the order. This is one of the very poor practice for an online shopping portal. When we purchase any item, then probably we have plans or rather events in our mind for that. And such instances send a wave of despair. I was a regular customer of Yepme and always promoted this company by word of mouth but this incident forced me to disconnect the relationship with Yepme.
