We regret to inform you that still we have not received your product at our warehouse, So we request you to return the product at Growthways Trading Pvt. Ltd. K-618, Rangpuri Ext. A-Block Near Tata Telco bus service station New Delhi–110037. Request you to send the AWB number and courier name on [protected]@yepme.com for faster processing of your complaint. In case we don't receive your product within 14 days your refund/replacement request would be cancelled.
Once we will receive your product and QC will be validated then your refund will be processed in next 14 to 21 days and also we will send the Coupon code worth Rs.150 and you will be able to avail it in 90 days.
