Sharing the worst experience ever. I have ordered below order. Order Id : 16009072 Order date : November 23, 2015 11:40PM Mode Of Payment : Credit Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 1138 At very next second, I cancelled the order due to wrong product selected. Now I asking you to refund my money, so as to order a new product form yepme. Today 18th dec 2015, 25 days and still I am not getting my refund. If the order is not yet dispatched, not yet shipped or deliver. May I know why it is taking this much time to refund my money. Customer needs fast delivery as well as fast process in case of refund and delivery (more you let customer wait more you will loose your customer) Hope, I am able to convey my experience as well as suggestion.
