This is to bring to your notice that from last one month i am following up
with your customer service for my product (T shirt) which was not
delivered and was told to me that it was not in stock.The reference numbers provided by the customer executive are for your reference.Order number[protected] Reference nos. 922748, 966958, 996752, 1004989, 10015730, 1024074.I
have been continuously following up the customer care for the product
and till Sunday it was told to me that i will get the new order number
within 48 hrs... till nw the 48hrs hours have not finished and now it
will be more then month i m been following upOn monday
after calling the customer service for the new order number... He was
unable to help me out... when i told him to connect me to his senior...
As always the excuse given to me was the seniors are busy so they annot
take the call... when i forced him to connect dthen i got a call back
for the same... and the senior gave the reason that they cannot send the
product as i have been complaining fake and last time also i have given
a missing complaint...This means for your mistakes i
have to waste my money onthe products and on top of that i will not get
the product also nor any invegatsion will be made and directly the
complaint will be closed as a fake complaint...
Request you to please help me out... even if i dont get the product its ok... but they should realise how to behave with customers... n shud improve tehir services Was this information helpful? |
