[Resolved]  Yepme.com — Yepme.com - Non delivery of the product and also not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order on 19th November 2013(Order No:4159645) and according to the terms and conditions of yepme.com site, I should receive the order with in 4 days of order. But still then(29th November 2013) i haven't received the order in my hand. While checking the status of dispatch it showing Dispatched and current location is in Delhi. Shipment Id :3XB13283SFIGDetail Order ID :4159645 Shipment Status :Shipped Order Type :PRE-PAID Total Items :1Current Location :Delhi Destination :Bangalore Even after 10 days I don't have any idea where is my ordered item and when i will get the same. I called up the customer care number[protected] one Mr. Arun(Introduced himself with this Name) answered my call and he himself doesn't know when this will reach to me... I send couple of mails to the support email id, but keep getting the same response as mentioned below. We really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I have seen lots of complaint against this website on the same matters. This is purely a Fraud website takes people money and make them go behind for the delivery or cash back. Expecting some action against these kind of such fraud e-commerce site as early as possible and shut down these kind of sites from the market. Regards, Boby
