I am a regular buyer from yep me. I have requested for exchanged product. Please let me know my order details. I did not get exchanged product or money did not refund to my account. It has been already more than 4 weeks over.. Order details shows "Partially Returned" in Yep me website and also I got the status from courier guys that product is delivered. The yep me custom care number is not working for 24/7.. Please let me know the status asap. My Order details: Order Details: ORDER ID: 13239992 and Complaint ID: 13117306.
