I have placed a Talkase mobile (Order ID MRKMZABNI) from the website www.yerha.com on 21/05/2017 received the product on 24/05/2017 but I found the product was faulty and I requested for replacement on 29/05/2017 and returned the product via India post ET[protected]IN and the product even delivered to the sender on 9/05/2017. After that I called them left message to them but no response at all. I am now kind of feeling helpless with this website where there is no way to come out of it with the solution nor any means to contact them. Pls take a strict action...
