A commercial non dog lover spa that practices non customer centric behavior. The owner n dog cleaning service provider named Ms. Shweta insults her clients by using abusive language like on being requested no to cut my pets hair she simply says Keep ur pet n Get out. She charges Rs.1650/- for one sitting of grooming & Rs.2, 800/- (a recent increase from Rs.2, 250/-) for 4 sittings of washes. My pet was not keeping well since 2 months n was suffering from heat boils n ear infection (due to water) & so i had paused his cleaning sessions after taking 1 wash. Irrespective of this on being requested by Shweta we paid for 4 sessions Rs.2, 250/-. As she received this amt she demanded for another Rs.550/- as an increased value. On explaining a number of times she didn't understand that my service was taken n booked before the increament . Secondly i have paid her full amt before taking all d services. She showered a lot of attitude n said she will return my complete pay as she doesn't hv time to argue n has still not returned.
