You Broadband — Failure to give new connection even after 2 months | |||
You broadband is the worst experienced broadband ever known! I paid on 14th October for a new connection! They still haven't been able to give me a new connection. The manager doesn't pick up the phone and the receptionist has rude answers. They keep telling me it would be done the next day, but I've been hearing that for 2 months!
