You Broadband — Frequent Disconnection and no solution provided for the same | |||
I am having You Broadband Internet connection(Account No.485316) but their service is pathetic. Almost 1-2 times I am registering complaint for the disconnection of service but no technical team will be visiting my place. My account Manager name Gulshan also not co-operation or helping me. Whenever I call her she said the problem has been forwarded to concern team. But there will be no calls or any visit to my premises. If I call her again then she told me that I have registered the complaint today and need to wait at least 1-2 days for solution. This is how they treat their clients. I have register several complaint during previous month but the You Broadband are least bothers to provide me a solution to the frequent disconnection problem. I am extremely unhappy with the way they handling client issue and I am intend to take any legal help available against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
