You Broadband — Frequently not working | |||
I have taken Youbroadband since the last 8 months. Renewal is on a 3 month plan. Youbroadband collects payment in advance. Till date I have never had a problem free month. As a recent example, In the last 40 days service has been provided to me only for 10 days that too intermittently. The broadband service works for two days and then gets disrupted for 2 to 3 days. Customer Care frequently cites fiber cut. No discount is provided to me for the days there is no service. Company is not able to provide proper service. Was this information helpful? | |||
