I've tried to complain several times with customer care for the connectivity related issue and I've always been given false beliefs of solving the matter. Due to their continuous pathetic service my work is getting hampered as I've been working from home due to pandemic.
Its been more than a week since the issue persist. I have urged them to cancel my continuing plan and allow me the refund amount as they are unable to provide me an amicable solution.
I have tried to talk with their sr. executive and even tried to make them but the still the issue is not resolved as i have only been assured that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but the same is not yet resolved.
Please help me out over this as my money and time is getting hampered as I have to opt for alternatives.
