You Broadband India — FRAUD COMPANY::Refund amount of modem is not given | |
I was a you broadband customer until 29th nov 2020. While setting up the connection they took a deposit of 2000 rs for the modem Account number: 1998197 The service/ connection and customer care was so horrible that i had to leave the connection and the modem was collected on 29h Nov 2020. I was told refund will be given in 45 working days. I havr still not received any amount. If i contact customer care they say they cannot give solutions online . If i ask them to give contact number of the relevant team, they mention that they dont havr any information. It is a SCAM. This is a way they cheat customers and keep their money claiming it to be a deposit. Was this information helpful? | |
