You Broadband India — Installation and service fee not refunded after expressing inability to install broadband request number[protected]

I paid Rs 2831 on 26th March 2016 with a promise of wiring and provision of modem and broadband service. A request number[protected] was intimated to me. However, your wire-man and subsequently your sales executive expressed inability to complete the installation work and I was promised an immediate refund. Even today after 35 days refund is awaited since neither wiring was done, nor modem supplied nor any service provided.
