You Broadband India — Net connectivity issue

I have paid my you broad band bill on 19th Aug 2015 and till date(27 Aug) I did not receive internet services . and when I try to contact with customer care they would say It would take 4 to 8 hours for resolving the issue or they would connect me to assigned technician and he would reply I would solve it in two hours.

Updated by harsha2585 its like we have to pay money for the service, after paying money they would never care about the service. and more over we have to spend money calling to customer care which would kept on hold for couple of minutes. and final result is nothing. no reply from them. and the service is so worst. u will get thousands of reminder calls asking to pay for money. but we don't even get a call back from any responsible person to gather information about the complaint that was raised.

no update from you broad band and customer care guys are keeping my calls on wait for longer period of time saying that supervisor is not available (25 mins). because they are not able to provide me a solution. i think this case should be escalated to next level
