You Broadband India — No refund / validity extension after 1 month of no Internet connectivity | |||||
My you broadband plan was changed from you wtf 100 250gb to youangel 512kbps-1mbps on 1st june 2017. Amount paid was rs:926/- Since recharge my login has stopped working with error "invalid rate limit" I have not been using you internet for 1 month 11 days now. The engineer and back office team have given me different update at different time when i contacted them. Appellate authority has changed from chetan to amit to rupesh now. The emails are never responsed on time. The call center is never aware of the issue; nor has any idea about whats the current status. A total of 8 service requests were raised in a span of 1 month 11 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Pathetic internet service provider, customer support does not even listen to your issues and hangs phone without any details of Complaint number. As there is Monopoly in my area we do not have any other options. I have been using 100MB/s plan where i only get 4 MB/s over wifi which is not even acceptable. Request you all not to opt for You Broadband service.
