My Internet connection is completely in non working state since 30th September 2015, ISP has done minimum efforts to rectify the issues. This is not the first instance, I have a mail from all my earlier communication with the ISP.
Below is the small narration of events which I have created to let you know about the issue I have faced.
I arrived from my Noida office in Gurgaon home on 30th September in late evening around 9pm and noticed that the Internet connection was not working I checked the cables and restarted modem but there was no success, So I decided to call up the support 1st call was made on 30th September 2015 9:23pm and I was assured that the compliant would be addressed in 8 working hours.
Next day, I made a reminder call at 1st October 2015 11:15am, followed by another call 1st October 2015 3:57 pm no resolution was provided to me.
Next day, I called up the helpline at 2nd October 2015 9:47am, They had sent some engineer to check my router however without giving any receipt he had taken the router and vanished, So the follow up started 2nd October 2015 2:05pm and late evening my modem was delivered to me and I was assured internet was working. I could not verify this as I had to travel in evening to some other place.
After returning home, I checked my internet connection late evening and notices there were all lights in modem but Internet was not working, so I called up the call center on 2nd October 2015 10:17pm.
On 3rd October 2015 9:11am, I called up the call center again to check up on my Internet connection issue, and I was told that there is a signal issue because of which I face intermittent issues and again the same tag line this would be rectified in 8-10 working hours, The final call by me was made on 3rd October 2015 5:17pm to check the status I was assured that the team is working on this and same will be rectified by 10pm.
On 4th October and Internet connection has been down for 5 days, there has been no full proof solution from the ISP side.
Sir requesting to help such ISP's exploit the customer base.
The above narration is small snapshot of what details were given to ISP however I am posting this on 8th October 2015. after sending multiple reminders to them.
I would like to discontinue with the ISP as I have already gone under huge Mental agony by their pathetic support. Was this information helpful? |
