You Broadband — Internet not working from last 5 days | |||
first of all My Account No:- 1142580, my registered email address is sujeet.[protected]@gmail.com and registered contact number is [protected] and registered complaint no is[protected] My Internet is not working from 4 days now, everyday when I go home after my working hours over, I have to call to make complain for my Internet which is not working, and for same I do not get any contact from your back hand team technical person neither any one had visited my Home to make sure the problem gets resolved, but instead of that I am getting message everyday at 11 am to 12 am that your Internet problem is solved, but fact was when I check my Internet, it is not at all working. When I asked customer care at [protected] they says your problem is resolved and I ask them what is the problem ? They says here it is only written as resolved, now you tell me when they do not even know what is the problem, how customer get to know about problem, and how can they enter that customer problem is re-solved, while they even don't know what actually the problem is!!! And today worst case scenario is that when I call again to know what time technical executive is coming at my Home to resolve the problem they said someone called "Bhavesh" has already call me at 11.30 am which in fact he didn't even call me as I was hearing his name for first time from customer care team during I call at helpline number. Even when YouBroadband customer care gave me Local land line number so I can directly be in touch on +[protected] which no one is responding. This is what I paid for 6 month subscription, . Kindly take strict action and please send technical person over my House, and first tell them until and unless they connect my PC to Internet, don't ever put any entry into their system that problem is resolved, which they even didn't inform to customer neither they are making sure of it!!! No one is trying to call me on my registered number for this issue. Now you are the only Hope for me, I demand my Money Back for remaining months and even I didn't get proper service when I was using in past months as well when I complain about low connectivity speed. You can check Record as well with You Broadband Service. But for now, either I want problem solved in 1 day or just return my Money Back for remaining 6 months.
