[Resolved] You Broadband — No connectivity for ten days | |||
A/C no: 762005 I had been contacting YOU broadband each day since 20th Jul, 2014. Once they closed the complaint saying that the net is working. However, it didn't work for more than two hours. Later on, I complained on 21st, the next day. Since then, I have been spending an hour each day with customer care. They have not resolved my issue. The customer care executive could not transfer to supervisor saying that he is busy with some other call. However, later on, after five min, when I tried again, other person transferred the call, but that supervisor didnt pick up even after ringing for more than 5 min (I was told his name is Mr Suraj Shukla). I tried to reach YOU broadband nodal officer, but he/she has not picked up the call even ONCE. The appalete authority told me that my issue is resolved but it is not the same case.
