[Resolved]  You Broadband — No Installation and contact after payment even after 1 month

i had applied for the connection far early in october, they kept calling me for payment and promised me that if i paid then they would start installing the cables and installation within 4-5 days. i paid on the 15th and after 4 days they tell me that it takes 7 days for the installation. After 7 days they tell me it would take 15 days, after 15 days they tell me that it would take another 15 days! i had been given 2 numbers of 2 heads, one of them isn't picking up at all and the second one told me that he would get it done within 4 days! crossing the time limit i had to visit the office at vadodara (gujarat). There again they didn't let me have a word with the head. The receptionist just gave me 1 statement the whole 20 mins that it would take another 10 days for the installation. the user id and payment info is below in the image! i"M tired of this crisis. i hope the consumer forum would help me out in some way!
