Hi,
Recently, I requested the broadband company to install a new connection at my house. I visited the company's office to ensure whether the connection at my location is possible or not. The representative told me that it is possible and the new connection will be established within 7 days of request. I reconfirmed this with them again to avoid any delays or issues with the company. After their confirmation i requested them to install a connection at my house. It has been more than a week and the connection hasn't been installed yet. And if I try to call the representative who is assigned to me, he wouldn't pick my call and there is no response from him. When I visited the company's office again with my issue and there I met with the assigned official and now he is telling me that the connection is not possble at my location due to some issues. They have wasted more than a week after telling me that they will install a connection and now they can't. I request that strict action should be taken against the company and I should be compensated throughly for this.
