[Resolved]  You Broadband — no service customer care unresponsive

I took a prepaid connection on 8/8/14. They delayed the installation several times and finally installed the modem on 26/8/14. Even after installation the connection did not get activated I registered a complaint everyday. They promised a solution within 24 hours but no one got in touch with me regarding the complaint. Finally after another week my connection started working but the speed is very bad. The modem goes offline after every 15 mins. I called the customer care to ask for a refund. They refused to refund my money. This is fraud how can they keep the cuxstomer's money when there is no service. I do not wish to continue with this company as they are unethical and cheat customers.
