[Resolved]  You Broadband — Very Low speed

Dear Sir, SUBJECT. Account no : 987425, User id : vikram_616, Plan speed 2 MBPS. but I received very low. I take a internet connection of You Boardband on dated 26/11/2013, chq. no. 080071 Ing vysya bank, pay Rs. 5290/--. This company's sales-executive said to me that your plan is Eco II 100 GB & speed is 2 MBPS download & 1 MBPS upload. But I received 0.89 MBPS download & 10.25MBPS UPLOAD speed. So, I complained many time by call & SMS on company number[protected] but company not solved my problem permanantly. Last complain no. is[protected]. This company replay me by land line no. +[protected] & 6665555. This company is failed to solved my problem of internet- speed matter.
